The age restrictions are the same as equities, but you will have to email the brokerages themselves to hear about their individual restrictions. For example, ones like TradeKing require certain amount of experiences and funds in the account that only they have, while Thinkorswim has no further restrictions once you have a brokerage account open. Go around and email customer services of all these places. If you are serious about trading, that is something you should get used to anyway.

Be extremely careful. If you write options, especially, you can get assigned and be in a ton of trouble. Just make sure you know what you’re doing. Best of luck.

options trading is dangerous hope you know what you are doing but good for you starting at a early age, good luck my friend and make lots of money
